We are happy to be in contact with you in the early purchasing decision and are per Email and Phone always available. Take the opportunity and send us your wishes as a sketch and add 1-2 photos of the situation on site. So we can quickly plan your individual louvered roof help and our technical support can contribute its experience.
After we have answered your questions about the project and the order has been placed with us, we will contact you with the confirmation of the order and an technical production release drawing. On the basis of this, all dimensions and project details will now be checked together with you until you give your approval. If you then instruct the deposit, the delivery time begins and we will keep you up-to-date from now on.
The louvered roof is assigned to a production slot in the factory and is prefabricated by machine and assembled by hand by specialist personnel once in the raw state. Now find her 1. Quality Control takes place and the roof is functionally tested after assembly. If it closes properly, the dimensions are correct and all the extras have been taken into account properly and according to customer requirements.
If this quality control is positively completed, the roof is dismantled by hand and goes into the powder coating, where the roof gets your chosen colors. It is then packed in a stable and protected wooden box and awaits transport to you.
We are now planning all final transports incl. unloading crane, since it is a question of transporting bulky goods, a delivery date will be agreed with you at an early stage.
The final payment must be made now at the latest and you should start with the preparations for the construction. The delivery is then free house and unloaded to you, usually no later than 15 weeks after the order.
All mounting hardware is included, all mounting points are set, no drilling, trimming, sanding or retouching is usually required. However, small adjustments can be made on site depending on the construction situation and are possible - they do not reduce the guarantee and warranty.

There are no special care instructions, we only recommend oiling the moving bearings and rails with silicone spray or a lubricant after a few years if necessary. However, this is only rarely and not regularly necessary.
